At Thavare Clothing, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You have 10-days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange. Requests submitted after this 10-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- Condition: The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Tags: All original brand tags, price tags, and barcode labels must remain attached and untampered.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original brand packaging.
- Documentation: A copy of the invoice or the digital order confirmation must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are strictly non-returnable:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and socks.
- Customized or personalized apparel.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during specific clearance events.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Support: Email us at thavareclothing@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 6366190385 with your Order ID and a brief reason for the return.
- Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- Quality Check (QC): Upon arrival at our warehouse, the item will undergo a quality inspection.
- Resolution: Once the QC is successful, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet).
- Cash on Delivery (CoD): For CoD orders, we will issue the refund via bank transfer (we will request your account details) or as store credit.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged item), Thavare Clothing will cover all shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. To expedite your claim, we request an unboxing video or clear photographs of the defect.
7. Policy Updates
Thavare Clothing reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will take effect immediately.
