1. Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Processing takes place on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:
• Standard Shipping – 5 to 8 Business Days – ₹99
• Express Shipping – 2 to 4 Business Days – ₹199
• Local Delivery – Same Day / Within 24 Hours – ₹129
• Free Shipping – 5 to 8 Business Days – FREE on orders above ₹1,999
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched:
• You will receive a confirmation via Email and SMS with your tracking ID.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates on the courier partner’s website.
4. Delivery Guidelines
To ensure a smooth delivery experience:
• Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address and provide a valid mobile number.
• Availability: Deliveries are made during business hours—please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
• Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package.
5. Delays & Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
• Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
• High-demand periods (festivals, sales, etc.)
• Logistical challenges in remote or inaccessible areas
In case of significant delays, we will notify you via E-mail.
6. Failed Deliveries
If your order is returned due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Invalid phone number
• Multiple failed delivery attempts
We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
7. Transit Damage
We take great care in packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Email us at thavareclothing@gmail.com
• Include your Order ID and clear photos/videos of:
– Outer packaging
– Damaged product
